The hotel, situated in a really nice neighbourhood on the outskirts of Moshi, offers great value for money. The staff are extremely friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Just like in the review, they are flexible and accommodating, allowing for late check-ins and early breakfasts. The rooms are basic but clean, and some even offer stunning views of Kilimanjaro. The breakfast, prepared by hardworking staff members like Peter and John, is absolutely superb. One reviewer mentioned that the hotel staff even went out of their way to buy potatoes and make fries for guests when nearby restaurants were closed.
All was fine during my stay at this hotel.

Internet access was unreliable and could only be accessed in certain areas. the road leading to the hotel could use some work to improve access.

Wow! I had a fantastic 3-week business trip in an extraordinary hotel. The staff was pleasingly friendly, always willing to help with a big smile! The hotel location is excellent as it is close to the city center and the airport. The best aspects of the hotel were the free high-speed Wi-Fi and the delicious breakfast - a great way to start the day! Not only was the breakfast amazing, but the hotel rooms were also clean and comfortable.
My room didn't have an iron or ironing board which could have been a slight inconvenience. the noise coming from the street and the city could be heard quite easily from the room, making it slightly difficult to work.

We loved the quiet location and beautiful garden terrace, as well as the helpful staff who assisted us with taxis and other transportation needs. The breakfast was tasty and flexible, and the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. It was the perfect spot for us to stay before our Kilimanjaro climb, and an easy distance to explore the town.
Nothing to be said.
